Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on stickers or other items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Your order number

Once we review the claim, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors. If necessary, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within a few hours of purchase, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Custom Orders & Personalized Stickers

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable unless there is a mistake or defect. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.
