1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, offering the following options:

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated 3-7 business days from the shipping date.
  • Expedited Shipping – Faster shipping options available at checkout.

3. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $5.
  • Free shipping orders are sent via stamp postage and do not include tracking.
  • This option is clearly labeled at checkout; if you require tracking, please select a paid shipping method.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Free Shipping: 3-7 business days from the date shipped.
  • Paid Shipping Options: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your selection.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Fiesta Doodle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@fiestadoodle.com, and we’ll assist in locating it.
  • We recommend selecting a paid shipping option with tracking if package security is a concern.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to provide payment for a new shipping label to have it resent.

7. Order Tracking

  • Orders with paid shipping methods will include a tracking number.
  • Free shipping does not include tracking.

8. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to serve international customers in the future.
