Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fiesta Doodle! Below is our shipping policy, detailing processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

   Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from the date an order is placed until the completed product is finished. Please note that turnaround times are estimates and may vary slightly during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen shipping delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, offering the following options:

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated 3-7 business days from the shipping date.
  • Expedited Shipping – Faster shipping options available at checkout.

3. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $75.
  • Free shipping orders are sent via stamp postage and do not include tracking (with stickers only) or USPS Standard Ground.
  • This option is clearly labeled at checkout; if you require tracking and/or insurance, please select a paid or upgraded shipping method.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Free Shipping: 3-7 business days from the date shipped.
  • Paid Shipping Options: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your selection.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Fiesta Doodle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at fiestadoodle@gmail.com, and we’ll assist in locating it.
  • We recommend selecting a paid shipping option with tracking if package security is a concern.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to provide payment for a new shipping label to have it resent.

7. Order Tracking

  • Orders with paid shipping methods will include a tracking number.
  • Free shipping on sticker orders does not include tracking.

8. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to serve international customers in the future.
